Terms of Service

1. Services Provided
Aivaura provides custom software engineering, website development, mobile application builds, and AI process integrations. All specific projects are governed by custom written, fixed-scope proposals signed by both parties.
2. Code Ownership
Unless specified otherwise in a signed contract, clients receive full ownership of all custom source code, assets, configurations, and documentation produced for their specific projects upon receipt of full final payment.
3. Client Materials
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary brand copy, visual assets, database credentials, API access tokens, and cloud hosting accounts required for the execution of their projects.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India.
